Terms & Conditions

Payment: 

  • 50% deposit is required upon booking to secure your session. 

  • Accepted payment method: Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo.

  • The remaining 50% balance is du upon arrival at the photography session. 

Image Rights: 

Client retains full ownership of all images produced during your session. 

Cancellation Policy: 

A full refund of your deposit will be issued if cancellation is made with at least 48 hours notice prior of your scheduled session.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may forfeit deposit.

Promotional Use: 

We reserve the right to use images from your session on our website and other promotional materials. 

If you prefer your images not be used for promotional purposes, please inform us in writing prior to your session. 

Delivery: 

Final edited images will be delivered via WeTransfer within 5 to 7 business days after your session. 

Additional Services: 

Additional coaching or photography sessions are available upon request.These services may incur additional fees and are subject to availability.
